- How do I apply for an apartment at Inova?
Applications are available online through the community’s official website.
- What are the income or credit requirements?
Standard rental qualifications apply, including income verification, credit review, and rental history checks. We require Market Rate prospects to gross 2.5 times the base rent as a household and 2 times the base rent for affordable.
- How long does the application approval process take?
Applications are processed within 24–72 hours, depending on how quickly verification information is received.
- Are co-signers or guarantors allowed?
Yes, co-signers or guarantors may be accepted based on application results.
- What is the lease term length?
Standard lease options often include 9-15 month lease terms.
- What fees are required at move-in?
Utility new account fee: $20

Inova is a pet-friendly community that welcomes both cats and dogs.
- Is there a pet limit per apartment?
Typically, up to two pets are allowed per apartment. Restrictions may apply based on unit size and community guidelines.
- Are there any breed or weight restrictions?
Breed restrictions for dogs are: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix thereof. The weight limit is 80lbs.
- Does the community have a pet area or dog park?
Yes, there are 3 dog runs with a dog spa station.
- Are there pet fees or monthly pet rent?
Yes. Pet deposits, one-time fees, and monthly pet rent apply.

- How do lease renewals work?
Residents receive renewal offers 90 days before their lease end date with available term options. The renewal process can be completed online.
- What is the process for giving notice to vacate?
Residents must submit written notice through the resident portal or leasing office according to their lease agreement, typically 30–60 days prior to move-out.
